Sonsonate’s Acajutla port this morning received the Evryma cruise ship, the second to arrive in 2023 and one of the world’s most luxurious sailing vessels.
According to international media, a week’s trip on the Evryma costs up to €5,000. The ship belongs to Ritz-Carlton, an American multinational corporation specializing in luxury hotels and resorts.
A spokesman for the president’s office indicated that the ship is characterized as a floating luxury hotel. Furthermore, he explained that the boat was designed with glass walls and hanging decorations.
“At Evryma, passengers enjoy the leisurely paced lifestyle of a superyacht, the casual life on board and a sense of freedom and flexibility,” the government said.

There are 487 people who can travel by ship and visit various tourist sites and archaeological sites in El Salvador.
According to the state, tourists will spend 12 hours in the country, visiting Ruta de las Flores, the Ilamatepec volcano, Cerro Verde, archaeological sites and the historic center of San Salvador.
