Industrias La Constantia (ILC) has launched a recruitment to recruit young people for permanent jobs and internships.
The recruitment is part of the company’s “Brewery Talent” recruitment program and will be open until May 28, the company said in a statement, adding that the initiative was created in 2020 to open the doors of first jobs to young people. The second is “new graduate training”, which is characterized by rotations in different positions every 10 months in the operation of the largest beverage company in the market.
“Young Talent”, on the other hand, is aimed at final-year college students who want a professional internship for six months.
