Industrias La Constantia (ILC) has launched a recruitment to recruit young people for permanent jobs and internships.
The recruitment is part of the company’s “Brewery Talent” recruitment program and will be open until May 28, the company said in a statement, adding that the initiative was created in 2020 to open the doors of first jobs to young people. He stressed that he would open up to us. Fresh out of college is one of the most disadvantaged areas to enter the labor market as many companies look for experience among their requirements.
Application requirements for the ILC program include being at least 18 years old, not more than 3 years out of college, and able to speak English (depending on position).
One of the fields of application is the “Commercial Logistics Talent” program, which includes jobs such as company entry, leadership positions, project mentors, and training accompaniment.
The second is “new graduate training”, which is characterized by rotations in different positions every 10 months in the operation of the largest beverage company in the market.
“Young Talent”, on the other hand, is aimed at final-year college students who want a professional internship for six months.
In a statement, the company said, “We want to join us with unique collaborators who, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or other characteristics, are driven with dynamism to implement change that will transform their nations.” said.
The ILC has ensured that the Ministry of Labor and Social Services (MTPS) oversees the working conditions of the program and that the program has been recognized in the 2022 National Decent Work Award.
