Series “One Piece” / Netflix
One of the most popular modern anime will have its own live-action adaptation on Netflix. This is One Piece, a Japanese animated series created by Eiichiro Oda based on the manga of the same name.
The streaming giant has released the first poster of the new series via social networks. “Straw Hats Reunion is coming, One Piece will take off in 2023,” according to a tweet from the Netflix Latin America account, although a release date has yet to be confirmed.

At the moment, the cast of the series consists of Inaki Godoi (Who Killed Sarah?), the main character Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenzie as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji.
The story follows Luffy, a young man who embarks on a journey across the high seas to become a pirate king and find the precious treasure of One Piece.
In addition to the manga, which started in 1997, Toei Animation has released 20 seasons of the anime series “One Piece”, which includes more than a thousand episodes. There have also been 15 “One Piece” animated movies released to date.
