A good two and a half minutes before the end of the second period, the result was tied at 2:2 Jason Robertsonwho initially hit the goalkeeper’s right post, and then in the continuation of the puck action after a failed attempt Essays of Lindell just poked into an empty net for his second goal of the game.
As the result did not change until the end of the regular part of the meeting, the match went into overtime, where the American Airlines Center caused an outburst of joy Joe Pavelski. The 38-year-old veteran, a San Jose legend, took advantage of the power play and checked the goalkeeper from the left side Adina Hill on the trap.
The next game is scheduled for Sunday night at 2am.
