Supreme Jack!High-level Garin beats world No. 4 to advance to Round of 16 at Indian Wells

National tennis player Christian Garin claimed his best win of the year on Sunday, beating world No. 4 Norwegian Casper Ruud in straight sets.

Superlative. Chilean tennis player Cristian Garin (his No. 97 in the ATP) advanced to Round 16 of the Indian Wells Masters 1,000, a tournament on hard courts in California, USA, this Sunday.

His second National Racquet didn’t show any low points in the Round of 32, taking a big win over world No. 4 Norwegian Casper Ruud.

The Arica native, who had his best performance of the season with an aggressive game and a solid serve, explained the Europeans with partials going 6-4 and 7-6 (2).

Garin will clash with the winners of Spain’s Alejandro Davidovich Fokina (28th) and Russia’s Karen Khachanov (15th) for a ticket to the quarterfinals.
