The Guatemalan National Civil Police (PNC) has reportedly arrested a Salvadoran identified as 25-year-old Ricardo “N”, who was arrested minutes after stealing a van.
The arrest was made by police in Zone 6, 15th and 7th Avenues, in Guatemala City on Friday.
Upon arrest, authorities confiscated his truck and a 9 mm Daewoo branded pistol, along with a charger and seven rounds of ammunition.
An investigation determined that the firearm was stolen on February 27.
Guatemala’s PNC said, “Ricardo ‘N’ has been admitted to one of the country’s prisons for the fifth time after being arrested on robbery charges on two dates, 17 June and 24 October 2016.” Did.
