A federal court in New York has set a March 25, 2024 start date for the trial of former President Donald Trump in the fraudulent payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.

According to local media, the former president, who attended from his home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, with lawyer Todd Blanche, was annoyed when he learned of the trial dates, possibly because they coincided with his party’s primary election. It is said that there seemed to be A Republican seeking a return to the White House.
On April 4, Trump was indicted on 34 counts during the 2016 presidential campaign related to the $130,000 he paid Daniels to cover up his 10-year sexual relationship with him. He became the first U.S. president to face criminal charges.
Mr Trump has pleaded not guilty.
The judge overseeing the case, Juan Manuel Merchán, on Tuesday barred 76-year-old President Trump from speaking publicly or sharing online the evidence prosecutors provided in his defense. I reminded him about the protection order issued on March 8th. who accused him
“Trump is running for president of the United States and is the frontrunner. He is very concerned that his First Amendment rights are being violated. ” Mr Blanche said he acknowledged that this was not a gag order signed by a judge.
