A tax judge on Thursday indicted Hunter Biden, the son of U.S. President Joe Biden, on three counts related to the purchase and possession of weapons.
As detailed EFE distributorthe son of the current North American president, fraudulently purchased a .38 caliber Colt Cobra in October 2018.
The above is because Hunter, who had to deal with a drug problem, provided a certification certifying that he was “not an illegal user and not an addict of stimulants, narcotics, or other controlled substances.”
The indictment, signed by Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, details that Hunter “knew that this statement was false and fictitious.”
The lawyer was now accused of lying about his addiction on a record that was supposed to go on his Federal Firearms License (FFL).
