Soundboard, published by ZKP RTV Slovenija in cooperation with Radio Slovenija – program Arsstructurally follows the printed edition of Cankar’s publishing house from 2002. After the first part on the radio air, the speech of Dr. Peter Čeferin with in-depth reflections on Tavčar and his work from the celebratory academy on the occasion of Tavčar’s year. With the title Slovenians, after Tavčar se let’s spy: the celebratory academy on the 100th anniversary of his death was held on May 29 this year in Gorenja vas. Soundtrack director Klemen Markovčič placed the speech in the Open Book program in order to preserve Čeferin’s reflections, which undoubtedly broaden the perspective of knowledge about Tavčar, his work, our space and ourselves.

The soundscape is made up of ten parts – each lasting on average a little less than 20 minutes. For the radio version, the main theme of the original music by Urban Kodra, composed in 1973 for the TV movie of the same name by Matjaž Klopčič, was used. They decided on this music because this theme has already been nationalized among Slovenians, so to speak. The audio book was designed by drama actor Željko Hrs, director Klemen Markovčič, sound engineer Sonja Strenarphonetician Suzanne Kostner and proofreader Emanuel Montanic Sekulovic.
